The annual EntFest event brings together over 1,000 ambitious young people from across the country to listen to, and learn from, some highly regarded and inspirations speakers and business leaders. Empine’s job is to ensure every person knows where they are supposed to be and when as well as branding the event across the University of Buckingham.
The success of any event is determined by the experience its visitors receive, from the guest speakers, to visitors to other delegates. With each person having their own itinerary as well as time to explore all that EntFest had to offer, the Peter Jones Foundation needed to ensure that the print materials not only represented the inspirational branding of the foundation but were also clear, concise and most importantly individual.
At the same time, we also had to create eye catching back drops to dress the various seminar areas of the event, along with the more general programmes for the day.
For the general branding of the event, the priority was brand management across all the assets. These included an uncoated paper programme that was colour managed and individually quality checked by our team. To match, large Wide-format printed backdrops were produced from floor to ceiling, for each of the seminar tents to create stunning photo opportunities with placed branding for event sponsors.
In regards, to the personalised itineraries, we opted for durable gloss encapsulated cards that could be printed for each individual or user group. This was attached to branded lanyards and issued on registration to each attendee. These cards would be suitable for any weather conditions and difficult to lose. It also acted as a great way for organisers to identify specific groups by the colour of the lanyards
Attendees including, 1,200+ Students, 100+ Business Leaders and speakers were successfully directed to where they needed to be throughout the day to make the most of the opportunities and 30+ workshops available to them with little need for asking event staff.
The team at the foundation could focus on other aspects of the day and the pictures from the event were a success with prominent branding throughout, with the event achieving national press coverage in publications including Forbes and Fast Futures!
