There is great cause for celebration for the Empine team as we are named as a finalists in the Red Rose Awards 2023, which recognises some of the counties finest businesses and organisations.

The Red Rose Awards, is Lancashire biggest and most recognisable business awards, run by Lancashire Business View, with the aim of encouraging trade within the county by promoting success and the ‘heroes of the Lancashire economy’.

To be considered as a Finalist for the RRA Transformation Award, Empine had to demonstrate to an independent judging panel that transformation in the business had resulted in improved performance or growth. Transformation can be shown in a number of ways from grand projects, smaller interventions through innovation or resilience. To be shortlisted, these needed to show an exceptional impact.

The past 12-24 months have seen huge transformation within Empine, from product innovation/ diversification to software development. One main example is the introduction of our new Print Portal, Web2Print platform, that allows organisations to control their print assets easily through an online system. Since launch Empine has onboarded a diverse group of clients including one with over 400 sites nationwide, one with a spread out group of field sales representatives and one with retail stores across the country.

As a result, Empine has been able to demonstrate improved return on investment for clients, better service levels than previous Web2Print providers and an overall company growth of over 30%.
